If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, one will be appointed in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991.
Each party will bear its own legal fees and expenses, and the parties will share the arbitrator’s fees unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.
The arbitrator’s decision will be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction in Canada.
