How much does your service cost?
Since every trip is uniquely tailored to you, we provide a custom quote after our complimentary discovery call. The planning fee covers our time, research, coordination, and ongoing support. If you’re only booking a hotel (where we earn commission from the property), the planning fee may be waived — you pay the same rate you’d find yourself and get the VIP benefits.
Why should I use a travel advisor instead of booking online?
Online booking gives you a room.

Will I pay more than if I booked myself?
In most cases: No. You’ll typically pay the same or very similar rate as you would booking independently — but with far greater value through upgrades, breakfast, resort credits, VIP welcome amenities, and priority service. If there’s ever a small premium for exclusive benefits, we will always be upfront about it and you decide.
What if I’ve already booked my hotel?
Absolutely! You can engage us for a “take-over” or advisory role. We’ll see if the property will convert the booking to include travel-advisor benefits (no extra cost to you) or we'll help you with add-on support (transfers, dining, excursions) to elevate your stay.
What if I only need a hotel booked — do you still help?
Absolutely. Many clients simply want hotel-only bookings to access exclusive perks. We can secure elite program benefits that elevate your stay at no extra cost to you.
Do you only offer hotel booking services?
Not at all. While we provide VIP hotel bookings through the preferred partner network, our services extend to complete travel planning — from crafting custom itineraries to arranging transfers, activities, restaurant reservations, and ongoing support throughout your trip. You can choose hotel-only service or a comprehensive, end-to-end travel experience. We also support cruise, all inclusive, and group bookings.
When should I reach out to book?
For high-demand destinations or luxury resorts (especially during peak seasons), ideally 6–9 months ahead gives us the best shot at the top rooms, best rates, and upgrade availability. For shorter getaways or less crowded destinations, 3-5 months is often sufficient. The earlier we start, the better for securing premium perks.
Do you offer payment plans for the planning fee?
Currently we require payment of the planning fee to begin work; this ensures our dedicated time and commitment to crafting your trip. Once the fee is settled, we begin the research and coordination process.
What if my budget or travel style is modest?
We work across a range of budgets while maintaining exceptional quality — you don’t need to break the bank to have an elevated experience. We will align destinations, accommodations, and experiences with your budget while preserving that “luxury feel”- even if it’s a more modest one. We’ll optimize value and keep your goals front and centre.

Can you plan trips for large groups or families?
