In most cases, no — you won’t pay more. You’ll generally receive the similar rates you’d find on your own, but with significantly more value: upgrades, daily breakfast, resort credits, VIP welcome amenities, and elevated service.
If an exclusive benefit ever comes with a small premium, we’ll be completely transparent, and the choice is always yours.
You can bring us in for a “take-over” or advisory role at any stage of your planning. When possible, we’ll work with the hotel to convert your existing reservation so you receive travel-advisor perks at no additional cost. If that isn’t available, we can still support you with arrangements such as transfers, dining, and curated experiences to elevate your stay.

Not at all. While we offer VIP hotel bookings through our preferred partner network, our services go far beyond that. We craft fully customized itineraries, coordinate transfers and activities, secure restaurant reservations, and provide ongoing support throughout your entire trip.
You’re free to choose hotel-only service or a comprehensive, end-to-end planning experience. We also handle cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and group travel.
For high-demand destinations or luxury resorts (especially during peak seasons), ideally 6–9 months ahead gives us the best shot at the top rooms, best rates, and upgrade availability. For shorter getaways or less crowded destinations, 3-5 months is often sufficient. The earlier we start, the better for securing premium perks.
The planning fee is required before we begin any work. This secures our dedicated time and ensures we can fully commit to designing and coordinating your trip. Once the fee is received, we immediately begin the research and planning process.
We work comfortably across a wide range of budgets while maintaining an elevated, high-quality experience. Luxury doesn’t have to mean overspending — we tailor destinations, accommodations, and activities to fit your budget while still delivering a refined, thoughtfully curated trip.
That said, we do require a budget that is sufficient to create an experience you will genuinely enjoy. Extremely low budgets limit what we can design and may not allow us to uphold the level of quality we promise.
